We were proud to support the Randstad Australian CMO in developing their three year strategic plan.

From discovery sessions with the CMO to reviewing global plans, we worked to gain a strong understanding of the broader company vision and local opportunities and challenges. BlueFish ran a series of workshops with the extended Marketing team to identify key strategic objectives, work through the role of key partnerships, initiatives and activations and develop a roadmap to build the brand and grow the local business.

With the team fully engaged and energized, we partnered with the CMO to delve into the finer details of the strategy, vividly illustrating how the plan seamlessly aligned with and enhanced the global vision. Together, we brought the strategy to life, ensuring it resonated deeply and inspired confidence in its potential. Equipped with the plan-on-a-page and the proposed marketing calendar and detailed operational plan, the CMO successfully presented to the board and global team, securing their buy-in and approval.
