In 2024 Sarah ran a series of planning workshops for each market to identify and prioritise key messages, events and opportunities, developing global and market-specific plans to amplify business growth. To embed these plans in the business, BlueFish provided support on the business structure, shared the plans at the AGM and worked with the core marketing and agency team to develop a framework for implementation.
